This preliminary notice explains the privacy direction for the Precision Metrics Android beta. It will be updated before public release to reflect the final app and services.

Health and fitness data

Precision Metrics is designed to process core health and fitness information on your device whenever possible. We do not sell personal health data or use it for advertising.

External food lookup

Food and barcode searches may send the search terms or product code needed to retrieve food information from approved data providers. Health profiles and logged health values are not included in those requests.

Security and control

We aim to minimize data collection, protect account and service credentials, and clearly explain every permission the app requests. You remain responsible for deciding what information to enter and which device permissions to grant.
